LEGAL EXECUTIVE
Des is a fellowship member of the Institute of Irish Legal Executives, having become a member in 1987. He is also a Commissioner for Oaths having been appointed as such by the Supreme Court in 1984.
Des has a wealth of experience gained over a long number of years in helping clients satisfactorily resolve disputes and conflict. Des has represented domestic and international clients throughout Ireland in the District Court, Circuit Court and High Court and through mediation. Des is regularly retained to assist clients involved in commercial and business disputes. Des has significant experience in the area of debt recovery acting for lenders and businesses in recovering amonts owed. Des has also extensive experience acting for clients in personal injury litigation and he puts his valuable experience to work for his clients in advising them on their personal injury case and getting the best results for them.
